產(chǎn)品描述：Human Prostate Stromal Cells are primary human cells characterized by their bipolar morphology, crucial for the glandular function of generating fluid with essential roles in reproduction. When stimulated by TGF-β, these cells express various growth factors and cytokines, such as IL-6 and BMP-6, which synergistically induce androgen receptor (AR) activation when co-cultured with prostate cancer cells. Additionally, these stromal cells express the progesterone receptor, enabling them to regulate cancer cell mobility. Moreover, estrogen plays a role in promoting the proliferation of human prostate stromal cells through the activation of the ERK pathway, further emphasizing their significance in prostate physiology and pathology.
